NATIONAL GRITS FESTIVAL

EVENT RULES:
* Entries must be original recipes. Contestants may enter up to one
dish in each of the 3 categories.
* Prizes each category: $200-1st, $100-2nd, $50-3rd, Youth $25,
People's Choice $25.
* Recipe must contain at least 3/4 Cup of Quaker Grits.
* Entrants will be allocated a space of 15" deep by 24" wide for
displaying their entry.
* All entries must be placed on display between 8:30 and 9:30 AM at the Warwick
Civic Center.
* There is no entry fee.
* Please return completed entry form by April 1, 2008. Entries after
this date will be accepted as space allows

By entering this cook-off, I agree with all rules and regulations
and understand that the decision of the judges is final. Further, by
signing I agree to hold harmless the National Grits Festival, its officers,
members, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers and associates from any and all
liability. This is a legal and binding, hold-harmless agreement. I
also agree that my recipe can be used for the National Grits Festival and that
all entries become property of same festival.
